What’s covered Build the complete sales funnel, not just the top of it. You’ll learn how to attract and capture leads, qualify them so you spend time on the right prospects, automatically book meetings, follow up without losing anyone, and measure what every stage costs. What you’ll do Attract and capture Map the entire funnel with Claude, stage by stage. Create a lead magnet that solves one urgent problem. Build a landing page and opt-in form that captures the lead. Qualify Add qualifying questions covering budget, timeline, need, and decision-making authority. Use Claude and your CRM’s lead scoring to automatically separate hot leads from cold ones. Book meetings Connect a scheduling tool so qualified leads can instantly book a call. Add confirmations and reminders designed to reduce no-shows. Follow up and close Write a nurture sequence and automated follow-ups with Claude. Include dedicated paths for no-shows and rescheduling. Configure your CRM to draft a personalized follow-up after each meeting so no opportunity quietly evaporates. Measure the money Set up the numbers that determine whether the funnel is working, including cost per lead, cost per booked meeting, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates between each stage. Use Claude to interpret the dashboard, identify where money is leaking, and suggest what to fix first. The proposal also highlights two longer-term metrics founders should watch: lifetime value compared with customer acquisition cost, and the time required to recover acquisition costs. Recommended stack: Claude for copy, scoring logic, and interpreting performance; HubSpot’s free CRM for lead capture, scoring, pipeline management, and reporting; Calendly or Cal.com for scheduling; and Systeme.io as an all-in-one option for landing pages, email, and funnels. Other tools considered: Chili Piper and RevenueHero for high-volume inbound teams, ClickFunnels for templates, GoHighLevel for agencies, and ActiveCampaign for advanced email automation. You’ll leave with: A live funnel that captures, qualifies, books, and follows up with leads, plus a simple dashboard showing what each stage costs. Programming note: The proposal identifies this as the most content-dense session and suggests that it may work better as two separate evenings, one focused on building and capturing leads, and another focused on qualification, booking, and measurement.
