Build your hub Set up one central workspace for your tasks, documents, projects, and roadmap. Wire in Claude Turn meeting notes into actionable tasks. Draft updates and replies. Plan your week with AI support. Automate the busywork Build two or three automations connecting the tools you already use. Examples might include sending a new lead into your CRM with a follow-up task, or transforming meeting notes into assigned action items. Add guardrails and rhythm Establish approvals and limits so automations remain safe and predictable. Create a daily and weekly operating routine supported by a simple dashboard. Recommended stack: Claude as the central intelligence layer, Notion as the workspace, and Make for automations.
