Build the system that runs everything that isn’t the product. What’s covered Create the operating system for a one-person company. This session covers how to plan your work, use AI throughout the day, connect the tools you already rely on, automate repetitive tasks, and establish a rhythm that keeps the business moving. What you’ll do Map your operation Identify where your time, attention, and money are leaking across your inbox, calendar, notes, follow-ups, and administrative work. Build your hub Set up one central workspace for your tasks, documents, projects, and roadmap. Wire in Claude Turn meeting notes into actionable tasks. Draft updates and replies. Plan your week with AI support. Automate the busywork Build two or three automations connecting the tools you already use. Examples might include sending a new lead into your CRM with a follow-up task, or transforming meeting notes into assigned action items. Add guardrails and rhythm Establish approvals and limits so automations remain safe and predictable. Create a daily and weekly operating routine supported by a simple dashboard. Recommended stack: Claude as the central intelligence layer, Notion as the workspace, and Make for automations. The proposal recommends Notion for its flexibility and accessible free plan, and Make for affordable, multi-step workflows. Other tools considered: Linear for product and engineering teams, ClickUp for businesses trying to consolidate multiple tools, Zapier for ease of use and a large integration library, n8n for technical users who want a self-hosted option, and AI-agent tools such as Lindy or Relay for inbox and meeting workflows. You’ll leave with: A working operating system for your business and two or three automations already running. About Sixfactors AI Sixfactors AI is building a workforce-upskilling platform and learning-and-development brand for founders who want to build, not just talk about building. Its sessions are hands-on and practice-first, with participants creating real working software, marketing systems, funnels, and automations during the session itself. The curriculum is taught by people who build AI products professionally, using tools they rely on in their own work rather than tools that only perform well in demonstrations.
